I’m Susie Delo, the founder of You Matter, LLC and the You Matter Foundation–a trauma-informed and peer coaching organization that also focuses on situational awareness and self-defense. I left my career of 20 years as Agency Manager for the T L Robertson Insurance Agency to pursue my purpose and mission from God to help others thrive.

Growing up, I faced numerous challenges and hardships. However, these experiences ignited a fire within me to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I realized that there was a significant need for Mental Wellness (Fitness) for trauma-informed support and coaching, as well as empowering individuals with situational awareness and self-defense skills.
Driven by my passion and the desire to create change, I founded You Matter LLC. My organization is dedicated to providing trauma-informed coaching and support to individuals who have experienced adversity and trauma. I also emphasize the importance of situational awareness and self-defense, empowering individuals to feel safe and confident in their daily lives.
Through my journey, I have discovered the power of collaboration, mentorship, and creating a supportive network with others. Among many others, I have formed a valuable partnership with the Founder of Underground Moves, a specialized employee assistance program for survivors of domestic violence. It is through our struggles that we find the strength to rise above and make a difference. By sharing my story and providing trauma-informed coaching, I aim to inspire others to embrace their own journeys and find their purpose by encouraging them to share their stories.
You Matter LLC has had a significant impact on the economy by providing valuable services. I am proud to contribute to the growth and development of our local community and others. By coming together and supporting one another, we can overcome these challenges and build a stronger, more vibrant economy.

I am thrilled to share that the recent You Matter LLC Situational Awareness and Self-Defense class at DAVID Corry Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was an absolute blast! As the instructor, seeing the enthusiasm and engagement from all the participants, including the Director Michell Brady, Alexis Bevevino from the YMCA of Corry, and Cherie Dickey from the Corry Area Chamber of Commerce, were incredibly inspiring!

👗🪭👡What an incredible evening we had on Friday, April 26, 2024, at the @chateauchristine Compassion & Fashion Spring Fashion Show! It was a night filled with style, compassion, and a powerful message of support for Women's Services during Sexual Assault Awareness month.
🩵The event took place at the Iroquois Club. The ambiance of the venue added an extra touch of FABULOUS to the event.
🌻I had the privilege of sharing some of my personal journeys. Through my own story, I aimed to showcase the profound healing that can arise from sharing and standing by one another.

I had the pleasure of teaching a Situational Awareness and Self-Defense class in the reception area of Dr. Paul Oyler's office for his amazing staff. A huge shoutout to his office manager, Lisa, for her proactive approach in scheduling the class and giving me the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with the team. I am thrilled to have been able to make any area work, showcasing the importance of adaptability and resourcefulness in empowering others with valuable skills.
