I’m Susie Delo, the founder of You Matter, LLC and the You Matter Foundation–a trauma-informed and peer coaching organization that also focuses on situational awareness and self-defense. I left my career of 20 years as Agency Manager for the T L Robertson Insurance Agency to pursue my purpose and mission from God to help others thrive.
I am honored to share my journey with you today, as it is a testament to the power of resilience and the transformative nature of entrepreneurship. I also emphasize the importance of situational awareness and self-defense, empowering individuals to feel safe and confident in their daily lives. My journey with You Matter LLC has taught me that no matter how challenging life may be, there is always an opportunity to create positive change. I encourage each and every one of you to embrace your own unique journeys and use your experiences to make a difference in the world.

Growing up, I faced numerous challenges and hardships. However, these experiences ignited a fire within me to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I realized that there was a significant need for Mental Wellness (Fitness) for trauma-informed support and coaching, as well as empowering individuals with situational awareness and self-defense skills.
Driven by my passion and the desire to create change, I founded You Matter LLC. My organization is dedicated to providing trauma-informed coaching and support to individuals who have experienced adversity and trauma. I also emphasize the importance of situational awareness and self-defense, empowering individuals to feel safe and confident in their daily lives.
Through my journey, I have discovered the power of collaboration, mentorship, and creating a supportive network with others. Among many others, I have formed a valuable partnership with the Founder of Underground Moves, a specialized employee assistance program for survivors of domestic violence. Women’s Services: Human Trafficking Task Force.
It is through our struggles that we find the strength to rise above and make a difference. By sharing my story and providing trauma-informed coaching, I aim to inspire others to embrace their own journeys and find their purpose by encouraging them to share their stories.
You Matter LLC has had a significant impact on the economy by providing valuable services. I am proud to contribute to the growth and development of our local community and others. By coming together and supporting one another, we can overcome these challenges and build a stronger, more vibrant economy.

In addition to all proper clearances through the Pennsylvania Sate Police and Department of Human Services, I also have multiple certifications that enable me to provide you with proper training and insight on your journey.

✨ What a heartwarming afternoon at the @Annie'sFlooringandCommercialServices Christmas Party! I had the honor of standing beside my dear friend Mindy Gordon Nearhoof , who leads with such grace, as I shared my personal journey of overcoming trauma and the immense joy I've found in the love of Christ.
The response was overwhelming; I was truly moved by the spirit of gratitude that filled the room. Many shared their appreciation for Mindy, Tony, and the incredible opportunities they’ve had through their work with Annie's Flooring. It was a testament to the strong community and supportive environment that Mindy has cultivated.
I was honored that Mindy invited me to speak to her employees as part of You Matter What a wonderful opportunity to continue spreading messages of support and encouragement!
